Insanity Workout – Day 3

Insanity WorkoutToday I completed day 3 of the Insanity Workout.

My body seems to be getting used to it – I’m a lot less sore / stiff today compared to yesterday. Hopefully this continues after tomorrow’s session – ‘Cardio Recovery’ – especially seeing as I am playing football tomorrow night.

I managed fewer rests this morning compared to yesterday but I can’t for the life of me do moving push ups. I substituted in standard push ups instead.

My goal isn’t to lose weight but I have lost a few lbs so far and my thigh muscles are a little more defined – after just 3 days!

Day 3 saw more upper body exercises thrown into the mix – the upper body is my weakest point.

Hopefully I manage to shift this cold – my nose hasn’t stopped running all day – hopefully it won’t affect my progress!

Looking forward to tomorrow – Cardio Recovery – bring it on!
