3.1 Each party communicates to the other party, at least sixty (60) more than one hundred and fifty (150) days before the end of this agreement, a written opinion on its intention to enter into collective bargaining pending the conclusion of a new agreement. At the first meeting of the parties following this notification, both parties detail any changes they wish to make. If neither party announces the intention to commence collective bargaining in accordance with this paragraph, the termination date of this contract is extended to the opening date of the negotiations, if this occurs after the closing date.
